Recheio de ricota com damasco, gorgonzola e nozes

Damasco                                                                                            100g

Nozes                                                                                                  100g

Queijo gorgonzola                                                                             100g

Azeite                                                                                                   15ml

Ovos                                                                                                     2 unid.

Queijo parmesão                                                                               50g

Creme de leite                                                                                    a gosto

Sal                                                                                                         a gosto

Pimenta do reino                                                                               a gosto

Modo de preparo

  • Bata no liquidificador a ricota, o gorgonzola, o azeite, os ovos e o parmesão.
  • Acrescente o damasco e as nozes picados grosseiramente.
  • Dê ponto com o creme de leite.
  • Tempere com sal e pimenta.
  • Acho que vai super bem com a massa integral de macarrão, a de pimenta e erva doce ou com a de açafrão.
