Pedro Alves Cardoso

I was born in Ínsua, in the Dão region at the centre of Portugal.
I have been in Brazil for over 30 years where I developed my career as a bartender.
I graduated in beverages in Shatec Singapore – Asia, I am a member of the Association of Barmen of Portugal and I was a consultant to dozens of bars and restaurants all over Brazil and abroad.
After winning several prizes and championships in the bar area, I felt the call of my roots and I specialized in wines, so I was also trained as a sommelier by the Italian Association of Sommeliers in Piedmont – Italy, then became a member of the Association of Portuguese Sommeliers and a participant in the WSET 3, Vila Nova Gaia / Porto – Portugal.
Today I work as an instructor at Senac and I am responsible for training hundreds of bartenders and sommeliers as well as for workshops on coffee, beer and cocktail making.

Luísa Corrêa

I developed my career in the Marketing area of a large multinational food company for more than 20 years.
I was responsible for the planning and implementation of marketing and branding strategies for local and global products and during this period I had the opportunity to work abroad in Mexico (3 years) and Chile (3 years).
I graduated in Business Administration from Universidade Mackenzie and I have an MBA from USP, but I found my true passion for wine.
I was a finalist for the best wine sommelier in Alentejo in 2014 and I won the title of ambassador of Portuguese wine in Brazil the same year.
I have a sommeliére degree by Senac and due to my love for all things Portuguese, especially wine, today I dedicate myself completely to Portugal com Alma and our village tourism projects in Portugal.
